Cellpic Sunday, A new piece of street art in Oiã: 16 July 2023

Another infrequent entry to Cellpic Sunday, this is a new piece of street art in Oiã commissioned by the local council. 

I think this is an electricity junction for the town. For many years it has basically been ignored, but a couple of weeks ago scaffolding went up and within a few days it was cleaned and painted a lovely clean white.

Very nice, I thought, it's looking much better. But that wasn't the end of it. After the biannual Festa dos Flores, the scaffolding was back up and painting began on this wonderful piece of street art.
